1 Loaf Ciabatta
1 Clove Garlic
4-5 Tomatoes
1/5 Onion diced
5-10 Fresh Basil Leaves
Olive Oil
Sprinkle of Oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
Slice the ciabatta and toast each slice until lightly brown. Peel the clove of garlic and rub on one sides of the toasted bread.

Dice the tomatoes and onion and put in a bowl. Shred the basil leaves and add to bowl. Add olive oil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.

Place a spoonful on slices and enjoy!
