| 2 Cans diced tomatoes 1 Onion diced 4 Cloves Garlic diced 250 to 400 grams cooked ravioli Oregano, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, 2 bay leaves, 2 or 3 chillies 1 or 2 tsp of sugar 2 tbsp of flour Olive oil Mozarella and Parmesan Cheese |

| In an oven safe dish, add olive oil and onions and cook onions in the oven until golden at 180 ° C. Add garlic and cook for another 5 mins. Add cans of tomatoes, spices, sugar, bay leaves, flour and chillies, mix well and cook for another 20-30 mins at 180 ° C. Boil the ravioli until cooked and drain. Once ravioli and sauce are cooked, combine the two and mix well. Cover the top with grated mozarella cheese and sprinkle grated parmesan on top and cook for another 10-15 mins or until cheese starts to slightly brown. Serve hot and remove bay leaves and chillies prior to eating. Enjoy! |
