| 1 kilogram of chicken pieces 100 grams mushrooms One sliced onion Tomato paste One packet of Knorr Herb and Casserole mix (tomato base) Hot water Couscous |

| Brown chicken, mushrooms and onion together in a pan. Preheat the oven to 180° C. Mix tomato paste,herb and casserole mix in water together. Add Chicken, mushrooms and onions to oven dish. Pour liquid over chicken. Bake for 35min at 180° C. Serve with couscous. |
