A few thinly sliced pieces of raisin bread or plain white bread
One tin of condensed milk
One tin of milk
One tablespoon of sugar
One egg
Vanilla Essence
Cinnamon
Butter
Preheat oven to 180° C.

Mix tin of condensed milk, milk, sugar, egg and vanilla essence together in a mixing bowl.

Pour the liquid mix into a greased shallow dish.

Lay the slices of bread on top of the liquid with the butter facing upward.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the bread to taste.

Cook for 30 mins at 180° C.

Serve warm with ice cream or cream.
