| 12 Lamb Chops 60ml Olive Oil 60ml Red Wine 15ml Dijon Mustard 15ml Fresh Chopped Herbs - Thyme or Rosemary Salt and Pepper |

| Mix the olive oil, mustard, wine, herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Brush this onto the lamb chops. Place the chops over a hot braai and grill for a few minutes on each side or until cooked. Enjoy with a glass of red wine! |
