| 200g White Fish 200g Salmon(and/or other fish) 200g Scallops(and/or mussels) 100g Shrimp/Prawns 1 can Diced Tomatoes(no juice) 1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms 1 stick of Celery 4 garlic Cloves 1 squeezed Lime or 1/2 lemon 1/2 Onion chopped 2 Bay Leaves 1/2 teaspoon Dill (herbs) 1/2 cup White Wine some Parsley, black pepper & hot pepper (cayenne) to taste Note : 1 portion of fish serving. |

| Saute Onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Add Celery, Mushrooms, Bay Leafs and Dill - saute 2 more min. Add Tomatoes - simmer 10 min. Add white Fish, salmon, some White Wine - cook 3-4 more min. Add Scallops and/or mussels, Hot Pepper - cook 5 minutes Add Shrimps, Lemon Juice, Garlic, some Parsley and Black Pepper - cook 2 minutes (3min. if frozen). Before serving garnish with more Parsley and garlic. Serve over rice or spaghetti noodles and a side salad. |
