500g Chicken Fillets 1 Onion 1 Red Pepper A few courgettes or baby marrows 250 ml milk 400 ml water 1 Packet Knorr Thai Green Chicken Curry Basmati Rice Salt and Pepper |

Chop the onion and red pepper Brown the onion and then add the chicken and red pepper and cook for 5 minutes Add the water, milk and packet sauce mix and bring to the boil all the while stirring Add the courgettes and simmer for a further 20 mins Add Salt and Pepper and other spices to taste Serve with Basmati rice |
