1-2 tbsp butter 250g white mushrooms, chopped 200ml Milk or more for consistency 1-2 tbsp White Flour or more for consistency Salt & Peper |

Melt the butter in a large pan Once melted and warm, add the mushrooms and cook until done on low to medium heat Add salt and pepper to taste Pour in milk and stir to simmering on low heat Add some flour and stir continulously Add flour until desired consistency and thickness is obtained |
