250g Pack Dried Sugar Beans (Any dried beans)
2 Eggs
Half cup Water
teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon sugar
Vegetable oil for frying
Soak Pack of Sugar beans overnight in cold water with some salt.
Drain and wash beans,place in liquidiser with eggs,water salt,Sugar and pulse until broken but still coarse.
Add a little vegetable oil to frying pan and add half cup of Bean mix and spread flat, fry until golden,turn and fry again.
Makes good wraps for filling. The Bean batter can also be rolled into balls and deep fried for snacks.Cheap and easy to make! Can also be added to main course instead of Potato.
