1 Kg fish fillets.
4 Onions in rings.
3 cups White Vinegar.
1 cup Water.
4 tsp. Salt
half cup Sugar.
2.5 tblsp. Curry
1 tblsp. Tumeric
0.5 tblsp. Paprika
3 Bay leaves.
1.Fry fish pieces until done.
2.Boil together all other ingredients,add the onion rings during last 5 minutes of boiling.
3.pour the hot mixture over the fish,allow to cool and refidgerate.
Note: The fish will keep for 3 months or longer if covered in the fridge. Try the same recipe using pulled pork meat.
