5,Kg Ground Beef 1.Kg Ground Pork 1.5 Kg Bacon 4 tblsp. Salt 1 tblsp. Pepper 2.5 tblsp Corriander 1 tblsp. Nutmeg 2 tblsp Allspice 1 tblsp ground Cloves 1 cup Vinegar about 1 cup ice water. |

Mix all the ingredients together well,add a little water for consistency.Allow to stand for and hour.Pipe into sausage casing. You can leave the mixture in the fridge overnight and use the meat as patties on the Braai (BBQ) |
