1 kg Pre-made bread dough.
1 sachet de-pipped Olives.
4 tsp. italian mixed Herbs.
Olive oil.
Bread dough is available at most supermarkets.Devide the dough into 2,roll into a ball and flatten to the size of a plate.Allow dough to rise (About an hour.)Using your finger,poke about 20 holes about halfway into the dough.Place half an olive into each hole,dredge the whole loaf with olive oil,add the herbs and bake for about 40 minutes. Cut bread into wedges and serve,hot if possible.
