2-3 slices bread per person 1 egg 20 ml milk Butter or Margarine Maple Syrup |

Heat a saucepan on the stove and melt some butter or margarine in it. Beat the egg and the milk together in a medium sized dish. Dip both sides of the bread in the milk and egg. Place in the hot pan and brown both sides. Serve with butter or margarine and maple syrup. |
