3 dozen black olives 1 garlic clove chopped coarsely 3 anchovie fillets 15ml Olive oil 15ml Lemon Juice 5ml Balsamic Vinegar 10 small Capers Salt and Pepper |

Pit the olives and place in a blender container Add all other ingredients and blend until a smooth paste is obtained Eat with bread as an entree |
