| Slice into the rack of lamb and add garlic into the flesh of the lamb Preheat oven to 120 degrees celcius Baste lamb with olive oil and rosemary, salt and pepper and other herbs and spices Slice onions Place sliced onions on base of foil. Place basted lamb in the foil. Add a cup of water before closing the foil Place in oven and check from time to time. Try not to open the foil too often to retain moisture and heat |
