2 cups Maizemeal. 1.5 cups Milk 1 tsp. Salt 4 tblsp.Butter/margerine. 3 Eggs. 2 tsp. Baking powder. 2 tblsp. Sugar. 2 tblsp. Flour. |

1.Heat the milk and add to maizemeal. 2. add the flour,salt,butter and mix. 3. allow to cool and add eggs and Baking powder. 4. mix well and place in greased bread baking tin. 5. Bake in oven 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. 6. allow to cool and remove from baking tin. Best eaten warm. Note: you can substitute the maizemeal with Sorghum meal as well. |
