Cinnamon Rolls.

1 Kg Bread dough.
2 tblsp. Butter
0.5 cup sugar.
2 tsp Cinnamon.
0.5 cup Raisons (Optional)
Icing:
small packet Icing sugar.
about 4 tblsp. softened butter.
juice from half a lemon.
1 tsp citric acid.
You can make your own bread dough if desired.bread dough is available at most supermarkets that have a bakery department.
1. Roll the dough out on floured surface into a rectagle about 300mm by 400mm.
2. Paint the whole surface with softened butter.
3. mix the sugar and cinnamon and spread evenly onto buttered surface.
4. add raisins (Optional)
5. Roll the dough lengthwise,knip the edge.
6. Mark the dough in the centre and then always in half.you should have approximately 14-16 sections which you can now cut through with a knife.
7. place the rolls flat onto a greased baking tray and allow to rise in a warm oven (about 1 Hour).
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
9. allow to cool and seperate the rolls.
10. Mix all the ingredients for the Icing and paint evenly onto all the cinnamon rolls.
