Four sliced chicken breasts
Chicken can be replaced with beef and/or other vegetables
Sliced green pepper, yellow pepper and red peppers
Julliene carrots
One sliced onion
Noodles or rice
Fry vegetables until soft and tender in a little oil, preferably in a wok.

Remove and cook chicken pieces.

Add cooked vegetables and prepared noodles.

Mix with oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste.
