| One cup self raising flour One cup milk Two large eggs One table spoon sugar One teaspoon vanilla essence |

| Pour flour into a mixing bowl and add milk, eggs, sugar and essence. Mix until batter is smooth. Pour thinly into a hot pan with a laddle and flip pancake when it starts to bubble. Serve with butter/bananas/syrup. |
