16 Shrimp of a good size
Marinade
60ml Olive Oil
30ml lemon juice
50ml White Wine
30ml herbs de Provence
Salt and Pepper
Herbes de Provence Butter Sauce
125g or /14 cup Butter
30ml Fresh Cream
15ml Herbes de Provence
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Salt and Pepper
Take 4 skewers and thread 4 shrimp on each.

Place the sosaties in a dish with the marinade ingredients.

Marinate for 2 hours or a bit more in the fridge.

Over the braai, place the sosaties after draining the marinade a bit and cook over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes turning frequently.

Eat with the sauce drizzled over the sosaties.
