Spinach leaves - raw
Mushrooms sliced
Garlic - raw, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Olive oil, vinegar and lemon
Butter
Croutons
Wash the spinach leaves well and set aside to dry off water.
Chop garlic and place in salad bowl
Fry sliced mushrooms in butter in a pan until brown and let cool down.
Mix leaves, mushrooms and garlic together with the dressing of olive oil, vinegar, a bit of lemon and salt and pepper to taste.

Add croutons and serve.
