Spinach leaves - raw Mushrooms sliced Garlic - raw, chopped Salt and Pepper Olive oil, vinegar and lemon Butter Croutons |

Wash the spinach leaves well and set aside to dry off water. Chop garlic and place in salad bowl Fry sliced mushrooms in butter in a pan until brown and let cool down. Mix leaves, mushrooms and garlic together with the dressing of olive oil, vinegar, a bit of lemon and salt and pepper to taste. Add croutons and serve. |
