Chicken for enough people
Fresh Sage
Chicken Stock, 1 cube per 400ml
Sherry 50 ml
1 Onion diced
3-4 Cloves Garlic
1 Celery Stick, diced
1 Can of Butter Beans, rinsed
A bit of Mustard
Black Mushrooms, rinse and cleaned
Spices to Taste incl. Cajun, harissa, peri-peri, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Coucous or rice
Fry onions and garlic for 1 min.

Brown the chicken slightly in the same pot.

Add everything except the Butter Beans, cover and cook for 35 minutes.

Add Butter Beans and cook for an extra 15 minutes uncovered.

Eat with Couscous or Rice.
